Tuesday, December 11 at 7 pm at the Town Office: A followup Public Hearing
to the Nov. 13 hearing on changes to zoning in Tenants Harbor and Port Clyde will be held by the Planning Board. In TH, the current proposals would change the East Wind Inn from Commercial Fishing Marine Activities (CFMA) to Limited Commercial (LC). Cod End would go from CFMA to LC. Kathleen Roeber from CFMA to Marine
Residential (MR). And, Tenants Harbor Sunshine LLC from CFMA to LC.
In Port Clyde, the proposal would change the Port CLyde General Store
Complex LLC from CFMA to LC.
