Voting or Zoning Changes in Tenants Harbor and Port Clyde

Tuesday, Jan. 22 from 10am – 8 pm: Residents will vote on proposed changes to the Shoreland Zoning Ordinance that would change Commercial Fishing Marine Activities (CFMA) zoning to Limited Commercial (LC) for the East Wind Inn, Cod End, Tenants Harobr Sunshine LLC, and the Pt. Clyde General Store. The proposal includes changing the Kathleen Rober property in TH from CFMA to Marine Residential (MR). That property has no waterfront. The
changes would give current property owners uses beyond those uses related to commercial fishing. They are currently non-conforming in the CFMA zone.
